VERRY BERRY SMOOTHIE:

1 cup frozen mixed berries.

1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt.

1/2cup almond or coconut milk 

1/2 bannana 

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.

Tip: I like to add a little bit of ice and some chia or hemp seed just to have some of the truly super food but it’s opcional.
